This Privacy Policy describes how the Pomodoro Focus Timer app ("App", "we", "us") handles your information. We take your privacy seriously and have designed the App to work entirely on your device.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Focus preferences — timer durations, session settings, daily goal minutes, and selected focus space, collected during onboarding and adjustable in Settings. Stored locally on your device.
• Tasks — task titles, scheduled dates, and durations you create in the Plan tab. Stored locally on your device.

Information Collected Automatically

• Session history — start/end times and duration of completed focus and break sessions, used to display your statistics and achievements. Stored locally on your device.

2. Permissions

Notifications

The App requests permission to send local notifications to alert you when a focus session or break ends. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. We do not receive or store notification content.

Calendar Access (optional)

If you choose to enable Calendar Sync, the App requests access to your calendar events to import them as Focus Tasks. Calendar data is read locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple's purchase and billing practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
